Pay What You Can Sessions
We believe that quality mental health care should be accessible, regardless of financial circumstances. That's why we offer a limited number of Pay What You Can therapy slots for individuals who may not be able to afford our standard session rates.
Clients can apply for a fee that fits their budget, ranging from $30 to $85 per session. Our Pay What You Can Program provides long-term access to affordable mental health care, allowing clients to focus on healing and personal growth without the added burden of financial stress.
While the program is intended to provide ongoing support, session fees may be reviewed and adjusted periodically. In some cases, fees may increase over time based on individual financial circumstances, program changes, or the need to maintain long-term sustainability. We will communicate any proposed adjustments in advance and consider each client's financial situation and ability to pay. Our goal is to reduce financial barriers so that more people can access the support they deserve.
The Pay What You Can Program makes therapy more attainable while ensuring every client receives the same high-quality, compassionate care. Because availability is limited, we offer these reduced-fee appointments on a first-come, first-served basis, and they may require a brief eligibility conversation.
We are committed to long-term care. We recognize that meaningful therapeutic progress takes time, and financial limitations should not prevent individuals from receiving consistent mental health support. Unlike short-term financial assistance programs, our Pay What You Can Program offers an ongoing, affordable pathway to therapy.
As clients continue in the program, we may periodically review their financial circumstances and session fees to ensure the program remains equitable and sustainable. These reviews do not automatically increase, and we will approach any adjustments with transparency, compassion, and consideration for each client's needs. We understand that financial situations can change, and we're committed to working collaboratively with clients to support continuity of care whenever possible.
If cost has prevented you from starting therapy, please reach out to see whether one of our Pay What You Can openings is available. Your financial circumstances shouldn't limit your access to care, and we're here to help make meaningful, lasting support possible.
