Aidan Coyle
Psychotherapist in Training
About Aidan
Meet Aidan, a psychotherapist in training from SUNY University at Buffalo. Aidan’s educational background is in sociology and political science at Hunter College, where he first began learning about resiliency, connection, and intersectionality. Aidan believes that we all have a desire to connect with ourselves and others; yet, sometimes we need help with areas we feel disconnected from. It is through exploring reconnection that we can learn so much about our own values and create greater meaning in our lives.
Aidan has a strong interest in working with clients surrounding anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ topics. He believes in the power of self-determination, allowing his clients to explore their whole selves and lead their journey of self-discovery, as we lead purposeful lives.
Aidan wishes to create a safe, comforting environment for his clients to be their most authentic selves. He values sensitivity and trust, which allows for complex relationships and thoughts to flourish. His goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring thoughts that ignite discomfort, leaving room for growth and compassion for self.
